Yes, if they are void periods we would still pay you the agreed rent.
What happens if the property gets damaged?
Alongside any minor repair, we would cover any damage to the property that was caused by our guests. Prior to their stay, each guest needs to sign a T&C which allows us to charge their card directly if we believe that property was damaged during their stay.
Is not subletting illegal?
Yes, subletting is illegal. However, we would rent your property through a company let, which is a fully legal contract used across the UK.
What happens if you can't pay the rent?
If we fail to pay the rent, as this would be a company let (and not a standard AST), the contract we'll be immediately voided, ending our agreement. This will be included in the contract
As an investor, am I entitled to a refund?
Yes, if you secured a deal from us by paying the finders fee, you've 14 days to complete due diligence and request a refund if needed. Alternatively, when applicable we would provide you with a replacement deal.
